Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine combined with cardiac rehabilitation on the improvement of exercise cardiopulmonary function and quality of life in stable coronary artery diseases
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a cardiovascular disease caused by myocardial ischemia and hypoxia due to coronary atherosclerosis.It is commonly seen in the middle-aged and elderly people over 40 years old,and is manifested as chest tightness,chest pain,sweating and other main clinical symptoms,which can lead to heart failure,hypotension,and even shock.The incidence of CHD in China is increasing year by year.With the rapid change of the treatment technology of CHD,the mortality rate still takes the lead,which seriously threatens the physical and mental health of Chinese residents.Although drugs,surgery and other treatments can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the pain,but the treatment target is single and easy to produce drug resistance.In traditional Chinese medicine,CHD is divided into"chest stuffiness and pains","True Heart Pain","Jue Xin Tong"and other categories.Traditional Chinese medicine has a long history in the treatment of CHD.Starting from the raditional of Chinese medicine combines movement and stillness,integrating heaven and man,it effectively improves the curative effect and clinical symptoms and quality of life,which has been widely recognized by domestic patients.Therefore,this paper aims to explain the research progress of treating stable coronary artery diseases(SCAD)patients through the current situation of cardiac rehabilitation and traditional Chinese medicine,so as to provide some reference for the future clinical treatment of SCAD patients.
