摘要
原发性肝癌为常见恶性肿瘤疾病,临床上对原发性肝癌治疗时常采用手术与非手术方案.手术治疗方案包括手术切除以及肝移植;非手术治疗方案包括经肝动脉插管化疗栓塞、局部消融治疗、放射治疗、生物治疗以及中药治疗.根据患者的具体情况,选择适合患者的治疗方式有利于改善疾病预后.
Abstract
Primary liver cancer is a common malignant tumor.Both surgical and non-surgical treatment are commonly used in the clinical treatment of primary liver cancer.Surgical treatment includes surgical resection and liver transplantation,while non-surgical treatment includes transhepatic arterial catheterization chemoembolization,local ablation therapy,radiotherapy,biological therapy and Chinese medicine therapy.Suitable treatment should be selected according the specific situation of patients to improve the prognosis of patients.
