Effect analysis of nebulization in the treatment of otorhinolaryngology patients
Objective To study the effect of nebulization in the treatment of otorhinolaryngology patients. Methods 88 cases of otorhinolaryngology patients were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the principle of random double-blind,with 44 patients in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with conventional drugs, and the patients in the observation group were treated with nebulization. The clinical treatment effect and remission time of clinical symptoms of the two groups. Results After treatment with different programs, the number of cured, apparently effective, effective and ineffective patients in the observation group were 15,13,14 and 2 cases, and those in the control group were 8,9,16 and 11 cases. The total clinical effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.45%(42/44)and 75.00%(33/44).Compared with the control group, the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher, and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of dyspnea, the remission time of pharyngeal foreign body sensation and the remission time of hoarseness in the observation group were(2.13±0.74),(1.61±0.72)and(2.09±0.94)d,which were significantly shorter than(3.98±1.44),(3.73±1.01)and(3.78±1.12)d in the control group, and the difference between groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nebulization in the treatment of otorhinolaryngology patients can effectively shorten the improvement time of clinical symptoms and improve clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
