加味桃红四物汤联合艾灸在腰椎骨折中的应用效果分析

目的 观察加味桃红四物汤联合艾灸在腰椎骨折患者中的应用效果.方法 60 例腰椎骨折患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组 30 例.对照组患者采用抗炎镇痛等对症治疗,观察组患者在抗炎镇痛等对症治疗基础上口服加味桃红四物汤治疗.比较两组患者治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Cobb 角、伤椎前缘高度比、Oswestry功能障碍指数问卷表(ODI)评分及临床疗效.结果 治疗后,两组患者VAS评分均较本组治疗前明显降低,且观察组VAS评分(1.87±0.82)分明显低于对照组的(3.37±0.93)分(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者Cobb 角较本组治疗前明显减小,伤椎前缘高度比较本组治疗前明显提高,且观察组患者Cobb 角(9.80±2.11)°小于对照组的(12.13±1.91)°,伤椎前缘高度比(92.63±3.83)%高于对照组的(85.43±3.84)%(P<0.05).治疗后,两组患者ODI评分均较本组治疗前明显降低,且观察组患者ODI评分(6.87±1.78)分低于对照组的(11.13±1.61)分(P<0.05).治疗 3 个月后,对照组患者总有效率为 80.00%(24/30),观察组患者总有效率为 96.67%(29/30),与对照组比较,观察组患者的总有效率显著更高(P<0.05).结论 加味桃红四物汤联合艾灸能显著缓解腰椎骨折患者疼痛,促进骨折愈合和腰椎功能恢复,提高临床疗效,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with moxibustion in lumbar fracture.Methods 60 patients with lumbar fracture were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,each with 30 patients.The control group was given anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment,and the observation group was given modified Taohong Siwu Decoction in addition to anti-inflammatory and analgesic treatment.The visual analog scale(VAS)score,Cobb angle,height ratio of anterior edge of the injured vertebra,Oswestry disability index(ODI)score,and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the VAS score in both groups was significantly lower than that that before treatment,and the observation group had significantly lower VAS score of(1.87±0.82)points than(3.37±0.93)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Cobb angle in both groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment,and the height ratio of anterior edge of the injured vertebra was significantly increased compared with that before treatment;the observation group had lower Cobb angle of(9.80±2.11)° than(12.13±1.91)° in the control group,and higher height ratio of anterior edge of the injured vertebra of(92.63±3.83)%than(85.43±3.84)%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ODI score in both groups were significantly lower than that before treatment,and the observation group had lower ODI score of(6.87±1.78)points than(11.13±1.61)points in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the control group was 80.00%(24/30),and the total effective rate of the observation group was 96.67%(29/30).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified Taohong Siwu Decoction combined with moxibustion can significantly relieve the pain of patients with lumbar fracture,promote fracture healing and lumbar functional recovery,and improve the clinical efficacy.It is worthy of promotion.
