Application effect of carboplatin suppository combined with pituitrin in patients with intraoperative hemorrhage during cesarean section
Objective To study the application effect of carboplatin suppository combined with pituitrin in patients with intraoperative hemorrhage during cesarean section.Methods 68 patients with intraoperative hemorrhage during cesarean section were selected.The patients were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,each with 34 patients.The control group was treated with conventional treatment of oxytocin,while the observation group was treated with pituitrin and carboplatin suppositories on the basis of oxytocin.The intraoperative and postoperative bleeding,postoperative related indexes,blood related indexes,blood pressure level,postpartum hemorrhage rate and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding in the observation group were(923.05±100.83),(154.67±22.06)and(55.60±6.74)ml intraoperatively,1-2 h postoperatively and 2-24 h postoperatively,which were less than(1089.54±176.96),(243.52±37.91)and(101.46±10.32)ml in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group had significantly lower blood transfusion volume of(467.80±42.63)ml than(544.96±54.71)ml in the control group;in the observation group,the duration of uterine contractions was(2.05±0.19)d,the recovery time of anal exhaust was(29.64±4.53)h,the hospitalization time was(5.28±0.45)d,and the duration of postpartum lochia was(22.12±3.36)d,which were shorter than(2.86±0.33)d,(38.22±6.07)h,(8.75±0.69)d,and(30.70±4.59)d in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperatively,the levels of hemoglobin(Hb)and hematocrit(HCT)in both groups were lower than those preoperatively;the observation group had Hb of(114.59±7.23)g/L and HCT of(0.36±0.03),which were higher than(104.25±5.6)g/L and(0.29±0.02)in the control group(P<0.05).Postoperatively,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in both groups were higher than those preoperatively(P<0.05).The observation group had diastolic blood pressure of(85.96±5.08)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa)and systolic blood pressure of(134.01±8.29)mm Hg,which were lower than(89.84±6.57)and(137.75±11.85)mm Hg in the control group(P<0.05).The rate of postpartum hemorrhage in the control group was 17.65%,which was higher than 2.94%in the observation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of carboplatin and pituitrin has a good effect on patients with intraoperative hemorrhage during cesarean section.
