Effect analysis of blood routine examination and biochemical parameter examination in patients with viral hepatitis
Objective To explore the effect of blood routine examination and biochemical parameter examination in patients with viral hepatitis(VH).Methods 66 VH patients were selected as the observation group, and 60 participants who had physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Participants in both groups underwent blood routine examination and biochemical parameter examination. The blood routine and biochemical parameters were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the white blood cell count was(5.18±1.56)×109/L,the neutrophil percentage was(57.03±11.99)%and the platelet count was(102.83±34.30)×109/L,which were lower than(7.55±1.87)×109/L,(69.17±12.63)%and(169.17±39.68)×109/L in the control group;the observation group had higher lymphocyte percentage of(39.52±7.50)%than(30.54±4.82)%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The glutamic-pyruvic transaminase of the observation group was(105.55±35.35)U/L,the glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase was(78.30±12.97)U/L and the total bilirubin was(26.17±7.08)μmol/L,which were higher than(31.58±10.44)U/L,(31.62±10.99)U/L and(15.10±4.86)μmol/L in the control group;the observation group had albumin of(34.89±5.11)g/L and human serum albumin/globulin of(1.04±0.15),which were lower than(47.82±7.07)g/L and(1.76±0.17)in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion There are some differences in comparison of blood routine and biochemical parameters between VH patients and normal subjects, which can provide a more scientific and accurate reference in the diagnosis of VH,and has certain significance.
