Effect analysis of edaravone injection combined with compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injection in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage
Objective To explore the effect of edaravone injection combined with compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injection in the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage. Methods 82 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were divided into two groups according to the order of admission.Among them,41 patients in the control group were treated with edaravone injection, and 41 patients in the study group were treated with edaravone injection combined with compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injection. The neurological function,self-care ability and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results Before treatment, there were no differences in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)scores and Activities of Daily Living(ADL)scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,NIHSS score and ADL score were improved in both groups compared with those before treatment;the study group had lower NIHSS score of(11.12±2.07)points than(15.02±2.34)points in the control group, and higher ADL score of(75.63±3.54)points than(69.13±3.42)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 95.12%in the study group, which was significantly higher than 80.49%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination treatment of edaravone injection and compound porcine cerebroside and ganglioside injection in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage has a good therapeutic effect, which can effectively reduce the degree of neurological impairment and promote the recovery of patients'self-care ability.
