Application analysis of Danhong injection combined with valsartan in patients with early diabetic nephropathy
Objective To analyze the application effect of Danhong injection combined with valsartan in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods A total of 103 patients with early DN were divided into a control group(51 cases)and a study group(52 cases)according to the random number table.The control group was treated with oral valsartan,while the study group was treated with Danhong injection intravenously based on the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and renal function indexes[blood urea nitrogen(BUN),serum creatinine(SCr),urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio(ACR)]before and after treatment were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.15%,which was higher than 82.35%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the study group had ACR of(158.50±12.12)mg/mmol,SCr of(106.66±25.50)μmol/L,and BUN of(7.27±1.35)mmol/L,which were lower than(174.65±13.56)mg/mmol,(140.68±25.64)μmol/L and(8.54±1.43)mmol/L of the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Danhong injection combined with valsartan has achieved satisfactory therapeutic effect in patients with early DN,which can improve the kidney function of patients with high safety,and has clinical application and promotion value.
