Objective To observe the effect of bilateral stellate ganglion block(SGB)combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Methods 600 patients with allergic rhinitis were randomly divided into a control group(300 cases)and an observation group(300 cases). The control group received bilateral SGB treatment, and the observation group received real-time acupoint injection treatment on the basis of the control group. Both groups were compared in terms of therapeutic effect, occurrence of adverse events, levels of immune indicators[immunoglobulin E(IgE)]and inflammatory factors[interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-10(IL-10),leukotriene B4(LTB4)]and clinical symptom scores. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.33%,which was higher than 78.33%of the control group(P<0.05).There was little difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the observation group had IgE of(45.38±4.77)IU/ml,IL-4 of(18.82±1.20)pg/ml,IL-6 of(16.55±1.72)pg/ml,IL-10 of(13.55±1.08)pg/ml,and LTB4 of(53.58±5.77)ng/L,which were lower than(77.82±7.11)IU/ml,(25.77±2.55)pg/ml,(26.55±2.58)pg/ml,(19.91±1.25)pg/ml,and(72.58±7.72)ng/L of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, the difference in scores of sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose and itchy nose between the two groups were relatively small(P>0.05).After treatment, the scores of sneezing, runny nose, stuffy nose and itchy nose in the observation group were(0.53±0.10),(0.48±0.20),(0.45±0.10)and(0.40±0.05)points,which were lower than(0.98±0.12),(0.81±0.13),(0.88±0.20)and(0.89±0.12)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing bilateral SGB combined with acupoint injection therapy for patients with allergic rhinitis has high efficacy and safety.
