Clinical efficacy analysis of moist exposed burn ointment combined with silver ion dressing in treatment of pressure ulcer
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of moist exposed burn ointment combined with silver ion dressing in treatment of pressure ulcer.Methods According to the time of admission,100 patients with pressure ulcer were divided into a control group(50 cases,treated with silver ion dressing)and an observation group(50 cases,treated with moist exposed burn ointment and silver ion dressing).Patients in both groups were compared in terms of levels of inflammatory factors[interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],anxiety score,depression score,visual analog scale(VAS)score,clinical efficacy,scar hyperplasia degree,and quality of life score.Results After treatment,the levels of IL-8,IL-6,hs-CRP and TNF-α in both groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment;the observation group had IL-8 of(31.19±2.92)pg/ml,IL-6 of(18.84±1.67)pg/ml,hs-CRP of(7.52±0.73)mg/L and TNF-α of(14.22±1.24)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than(44.68±4.27)pg/ml,(27.21±2.52)pg/ml,(13.65±1.17)mg/L and(21.16±1.92)ng/ml in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the anxiety score,depression score and VAS score in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment;the observation group had anxiety score of(36.22±3.41)points,depression score of(38.84±3.67)points and VAS score of(2.25±0.21)points,which were significantly lower than(42.53±4.04),(44.75±4.28)and(4.18±0.39)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(98.00%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).The flat scar rate and scar hyperplasia rate of the observation group were 92.00%and 8.00%,which were significantly different from 38.00%and 62.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiologic function,bodily pain,energy and social function were(86.24±6.36),(87.15±6.42),(88.38±6.49)and(86.76±6.41)points in the observation group,which were significantly higher than(77.93±5.82),(79.38±5.91),(81.02±5.98)and(78.25±5.88)points in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Moist exposed burn ointment combined with silver ion dressing for pressure ulcer patients can effectively relieve pain and reduce the level of inflammatory factors,and the incidence of scar hyperplasia in patients is low,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,and the clinical treatment effect is good.
