Analysis of the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography for gallbladder polypoid lesions
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasonography for gallbladder polypoid lesions.Methods 50 patients with gallbladder polypoid lesions were selected,and all of them received color Doppler ultrasonography.The diagnostic compliance rate and imaging characteristics of color Doppler ultrasonography for gallbladder polypoid lesions were analyzed using pathological diagnostic results as the gold standard.Results The diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasonography for cholesterol polyp,gallbladder adenoma,inflammatory polyp,gallbladder adenomyomatous hyperplasia and early-stage gallbladder cancer was 95.45%,83.33%,100.00%,87.50%,100.00%,respectively.Cholesterol polyps can occurr in various parts of the gallbladder,are≤10 mm in size,multiple,narrow/tipped,nodular/mulberry shaped,with normal localized gallbladder wall,no blood flow,and hypoechoic;gallbladder adenoma occurred mostly at the base of the gallbladder,measuring 10-16 mm,solitary,with a wide base,mass-like shape,localized thickening of the gallbladder wall,no blood flow,and moderate echos;inflammatory polyps also can occurr in various parts of the gallbladder,with a size of 5-13 mm,multiple,wide base,irregular shape,localized gallbladder wall roughness,no blood flow,and hypoechoic;gallbladder adenomyomatous hyperplasia occurred at the base and neck of the gallbladder,with a size of 9-17 mm,solitary,normal/wide base,spherical shape,normal local gallbladder wall,blood flow,and hypoechoic/non-echoic;early-stage gallbladder cancer mostly occurred at the base of the gallbladder and neck,the size was 11-25 mm,solitary,with wide base,mass shape,normal local gallbladder wall,blood flow,and hypoechoic/mixed echoes.Conclusion The Color Doppler ultrasonography shows high diagnostic compliance rate in patients with gallbladder polypoid lesions,and the combination of the imaging characteristics helps to clarify the type of disease and provides a reference for subsequent treatment.
