Effect observation of Feilike capsule combined with salmeterol/fluticasoneon on pulmonary function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
Objective To observe the effect of Feilike capsule combined with salmeterol/fluticasoneon on pulmonary function in patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods 64 patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into an observer and a control group,with 32 cases in each group.All patients were given basic treatments such as oxygen therapy,nutritional support,psychological intervention,pulmonary rehabilitation,cough and sputum relief.On this basis,the control group was given,salmeterol fluticasone dry powder inhaler,and the observation group was given Feilike capsule on the basis of the control group.The forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),FEV1/forced vital capacity(FVC),6-min walking test(6MWT),Borg score and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,FEV1 and FEV1/FVC improved in both groups compared to those before treatment;the observation group had FEV1 of(2.52±0.51)L and FEV1/FVC of(76.62±4.20)%,which were more obvious compared with(2.07±0.20)L and(74.66±3.20)%in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had 6MWT of(350.18±9.34)m and Borg score of(2.62±0.80)points,which were better than(215.35±8.46)m and(3.40±0.76)points in the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,there was 1 case of hoarseness and 1 case of arthralgia,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 6.3%;in the control group,there were 3 cases of headache,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 9.4%.The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).All of the above symptoms were untreated and could disappear on their own.Conclusion Feilike capsule combined with salmeterol/fluticasone can significantly improve the lung function of patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,increase their activity tolerance,and reduce the adverse reactions of drug combination,thus improving the quality of life of patients.
