Analysis of the efficacy of nicergoline in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo
Objective To explore the clinical effect of nicergoline in the treatment of posterior circulation ischemic vertigo(PCIV).Methods A total of 88 patients with PCIV were selected as the subjects of this study. They were randomly grouped into a control group and a study group according to envelope method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, and the study group was given nicergoline on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and changes of hemodynamic indexes before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 93.18%,which was higher than 70.45%of the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no statistical significance in blood flow velocity of basilar artery, left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the blood flow velocity of basilar artery, left vertebral artery and right vertebral artery in both groups was better than those before treatment;in the study group, the blood flow velocity of the basal artery was(52.98±3.17)cm/s,the blood flow velocity of the left vertebral artery was(45.66±5.18)cm/s and the blood flow velocity of the right vertebral artery was(44.33±3.09)cm/s,which were better than(49.33±4.08),(41.43±4.32)and(42.09±2.77)cm/s in the control group;there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nicergoline in the clinical treatment of PCIV patients has a significant effect, which is beneficial to improve the hemodynamic related indexes.
