miR-29a在心血管疾病中的研究进展

心血管疾病(CVD)是目前威胁人类健康的最严重疾病之一,其包括急性心肌梗死(AMI)、高血压、心房颤动(AF)、肺动脉高压(PAH)、肥厚性心肌病(HCM)等诸多疾病,随着疾病的病理生理变化及心肌纤维化、心肌肥厚、心力衰竭及心肌缺血的发生发展,心脏结构等也随之改变,最终病情进展恶化.miR-29a可以参与多种CVD的发生发展过程,在心肌细胞的纤维化、心肌重构等方面起到调节作用,是一个非常有潜力的治疗靶点和有前景的生物标志物,本文就miR-29a的分子结构及其在CVD中的作用研究进展作一综述.
Research progress of miR-29a in cardiovascular diseases
Cardiovascular disease(CVD)is one of the most serious diseases that threaten human health,including acute myocardial infarction(AMI),hypertension,atrial fibrillation(AF),pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH),hypertrophic cardiomyopathy(HCM)and many other diseases.With the pathophysiological changes of the diseases and the occurrence and development of myocardial fibrosis,myocardial hypertrophy,heart failure and myocardial ischemia,and the cardiac structure is also changed.Finally,the diseases are worsened.miR-29a can participate in the occurrence and development of a variety of CVDs and can play a regulatory role in cardiomyocyte fibrosis and myocardial remodeling.It is a very potential therapeutic target and a promising biomarker.This paper reviews the molecular structure of miR-29a and its role in CVD.
