The effect of combination therapy with carboprost tromethamine and oxytocin on bleeding volume of parturients with postpartum hemorrhage
Objective To explore the effect of combination therapy with carboprost tromethamine and oxytocin on bleeding volume of parturients with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods According to different treatment methods,100 parturients with postpartum hemorrhage were divided into a control group(50 cases, treated with oxytocin)and an observation group(50 cases, treated with carboprost tromethamine and oxytocin). The bleeding volume, the occurrence of adverse reactions and the therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results At 2,12,24 and 36 h after treatment, the bleeding volume in the observation group were(235.89±26.12),(272.31±29.45),(288.89±25.20)and(299.31±31.45)ml,which were significantly lower than(306.45±22.24),(351.81±31.81),(386.45±26.24)and(405.81±31.81)ml in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.00%,which was significantly lower than 14.00%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of 98.00%in the observation group was higher than 84.00%in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For parturients with postpartum hemorrhage, the combination of carboprost tromethamine and oxytocin can reduce the bleeding volume, lower the occurrence of adverse reactions, improve the therapeutic effect, and have a significant impact.
