Analysis of application value of 3D-slicer in surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage
Objective To analyze the clinical value of 3D-slicer in surgery for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH).Methods 48 HICH patients were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each consisting of 24 patients.Patients in the observation group applied 3D-slicer assisted localization, and those in the control group applied conventional chordal body positioning. The patients in the observation group applied 3D-slicer assisted localization, while those in the control group applied conventional chord distance body surface localization. The surgical indicators,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,Glasgow Outcome Scale(GOS)score, complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the length of hospital stay was(10.0±0.2)d,the hematoma disappeared time was(3.1±0.1)d,and the operation time was(101.4±3.0)min,which were shorter than(13.5±1.2)d,(6.2±0.5)d,and(127.4±5.1)min in the control group;the intraoperative blood loss of(180.1±2.5)ml in the observation group was less than(289.6±8.5)ml in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had higher GOS score of(4.6±0.4)points than(3.4±0.5)points in the control group, and lower NIHSS score of(8.1±3.6)points than(12.0±2.1)points in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 4.2%(1/24),which was lower than 25.0%(6/24)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of overall health, vitality, social function, mental health, physical pain, role physical, role emotional and physical function of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Implementing 3D slicer as an adjuvant therapy for HICH patients can effectively improve surgical indicators, reduce complications, and has high value.
