Diagnostic value of chemiluminescent immunoassay in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus with hepatitis B
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of chemiluminescent immunoassay in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus with hepatitis B.Methods 40 patients of suspected gestational diabetes with hepatitis B were taken as the observation group, and 40 healthy famale subjects during the same period were taken as the control group.Chemiluminescent immunoassay was performed in both groups to compare the fasting insulin, fasting C-peptide levels and the detection of hepatitis B virus markers[hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg),hepatitis B e antigen(HBeAg),hepatitis B e antibody(HBeAb),hepatitis B core antibody(HBcAb),hepatitis B surface antibody(HBsAb)]positivity between the two groups. The efficacy of chemiluminescence immunoassay in the diagnosis of gestational diabetes mellitus with hepatitis B was analyzed. Results The observation group had fasting insulin level of(5.14±2.33)μIU/L and fasting C-peptide level of(1.15±0.32)ng/ml,which were lower than(7.62±2.25)μIU/L and(1.68±0.27)ng/ml in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The detection rates of HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb positivity in the observation group were 60.00%,62.50%,75.00%,50.00%and 65.00%,which were higher than 25.00%,22.50%,10.00%,12.50%and 20.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Among the 40 patients with suspected gestational diabetes mellitus with hepatitis B,a total of 31 cases were detected by chemiluminescence immunoassay,i.e.,31 cases were positive and 9 cases were negative;the diagnostic sensitivity of chemiluminescence immunoassay for gestational diabetes mellitus with hepatitis B was 87.88%(29/33),the specificity was 71.43%(5/7)and the accuracy was 85.00%(34/40).Conclusion Chemiluminescent immunoassay has significant value for the diagnosis of gestational diabetes with hepatitis B,and its diagnostic accuracy and sensitivity are high.
