Analysis of the diagnostic value of serum AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA199 combined detection in malignant tumors of the digestive system
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of serum alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199)combined detection in malignant tumors of the digestive system. Methods 50 patients with malignant tumors of the digestive system were selected as observation group A,50 patients with benign diseases of the digestive system as observation group B,and another 50 healthy medical checkups were selected as control group.Tumor markers(serum AFP,CEA,CA125,CA199)were detected by electrochemiluminescence assay in all three groups.Comparison was made on levels of tumor markers in the three groups,as well as the levels of tumor markers in patients with different types of malignant tumors of the digestive system. Results The levels of AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in observation group A and observation group B were(107.19±52.21)ng/ml,(42.14±1.39)ng/ml,(107.11±53.29)U/ml,(46.31±14.31)U/ml and(42.75±7.21)ng/ml,(2.59±1.24)ng/ml,(75.14±13.15)U/ml,(38.73±12.35)U/ml,which were higher than(2.39±1.14)ng/ml,(2.05±0.75)ng/ml,(17.68±3.15)U/ml,(15.39±3.12)U/ml in control group(P<0.05).The levels of AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA199 in observation group A were higher than those in observation group B(P<0.05).The AFP of(238.29±41.51)ng/ml in liver cancer patients was higher than that in colorectal cancer patients[(45.17±10.27)ng/ml],gastric cancer patients[(109.24±20.19)ng/ml]and pancreatic cancer patients[(30.31±8.95)ng/ml](P<0.05).The CEA of(94.04±26.51)ng/ml in colorectal cancer patients was higher than that in liver cancer patients[(3.59±1.62)ng/ml],gastric cancer patients[(20.49±9.12)ng/ml]and pancreatic cancer patients[(49.31±14.35)ng/ml](P<0.05).The CA125 of(175.68±57.12)U/ml in gastric cancer patients was higher than that in liver cancer patients[(75.68±27.35)U/ml],colorectal cancer patients[(100.59±20.37)U/ml]and pancreatic cancer patients[(79.65±29.65)U/ml](P<0.05).The CA199 of(58.29±10.23)U/ml in pancreatic cancer patients was higher than that in liver cancer patients[(39.41±6.31)U/ml],colorectal cancer patients[(41.15±7.19)U/ml],and gastric cancer patients[(47.41±8.01)U/ml](P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of serum AFP,CEA,CA125 and CA199 has high clinical application value in the clinical diagnosis of malignant tumors of the digestive system, and the expression of each index is different in different types of malignant tumors, which is conducive to the differential diagnosis of patients.
