A study on the clinical value of applying magnetic resonance imaging for the diagnosis of meniscus peripheral dislocation of knee joint
Objective To analyze the value of applying magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)for the diagnosis of meniscus peripheral dislocation of knee joint. Methods 70 patients with meniscus peripheral dislocation of knee joint were randomly divided into a control group and a study group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT,and the study group was diagnosed by MRI.The diagnostic results of surgical pathology were used as the gold standard to compare the degree of injury of meniscus peripheral dislocation of knee joint and the diagnostic accuracy of medial-lateral dislocation by multi-slice spiral CT and MRI.Results The diagnostic accuracy of the degree of injury in the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).The diagnostic accuracy of medial-lateral dislocation in the study group was 94.29%,which was higher than 77.14%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has high clinical value in the diagnosis of meniscus peripheral dislocation of knee joint and is suitable for popularization and application.
