Objective To explore the clinical effect of combination of Baibai Kanglao Granules and 2HRZE/4HR in the treatment of active pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods 86 cases of patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received anti tuberculosis treatment with the 2HRZE/4HR regimen,while the observation group received anti-tuberculosis treatment with the combination of Baibai Kanglao Granules and 2HRZE/4HR regimen.The clinical efficacy,negative sputum conversion rate,symptom improvement time and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of 95.35%in the observation group was significantly higher than 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in sputum negative conversion rate between the two groups after 1 month of treatment(P>0.05).The sputum negative conversion rates in the observation group were 88.37%and 95.35%after 3 and 6 months,which were higher than 69.77%and 81.40%in the control group(P<0.05).The remission time of cough and sputum in the observation group were(8.84±2.36)d and(9.86±2.32)d,which were significantly shorter than(11.26±2.52)and(12.86±2.85)d in the control group(t=4.596,5.435;P=0.000,0.000<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 25.58%(11/43)in the observation group,which had no significant difference compared with 30.23%(13/43)in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Baibai Kanglao Granules and 2HRZE/4HR regimen can significantly improve the treatment effect of active pulmonary tuberculosis,shorten the time for symptom improvement,and have good safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
