Analysis of anaesthesia effect of remimazolam besylate combined with alfentanil in painless and flexible bronchoscopy in elderly patients
Objective To evaluate the anaesthesia effect of remimazolam besylate combined with alfentanil in painless and flexible bronchoscopy in elderly patients. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients receiving painless and flexible bronchoscopy were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was anesthetized with midazolam and alfentanil, and the observation group was anesthetized with remimazolam besylateand alfentanil. The success rate of intraoperative sedation, examination time, recovery time, intraoperative fluid infusion, and incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The success rate of intraoperative sedation in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),and there was no significant difference when compared with 96.00%(48/50)in the control group(χ2=0.3436,P=0.5577>0.05).The recovery time of(3.99±0.34)min in the observation group was shorter than(4.34±0.38)min in the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).The examination time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the intraoperative fluid infusion was less than that of the control group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The incidence of intraoperative and postoperative adverse events in the observation group were 2.00%and 2.00%,which was lower than 16.00%and 20.00%in the control group, and there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Remimazolam besylate combined with alfentanil has good clinical anesthesia effect in painless and flexible bronchoscopy in elderly patients, which is conducive to reducing the incidence of adverse events in patients, and is worthy of promotion.
