Study on the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on osteoporosis patients
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on osteoporosis patients.Methods 60 cases of osteoporosis patients were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to random numerical table,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with calcium carbonate D3 tablets,and the study group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,pain score,bone metabolism and bone mineral density indexes and daily life ability were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.33％,which was significantly higher than 73.33％in the control group(P<0.05).After 7,21 and 35 d of treatment,the pain scores of the study group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lumbar spine bone mineral density of(0.84±0.09)g/cm2 in the study group was significantly higher than(0.76±0.07)g/cm2 in the control group;the study group had beta C-terminal cross-linked telopeptides of type Ⅰ collagen of(0.21±0.03)ng/ml and cross-linked N-telopeptide of type Ⅰ collagen of(60.42±2.10)ng/ml,which were significantly lower than(0.25±0.07)and(62.54±3.11)ng/ml in the control group(P<0.05).After 21,35 and 3 months of treatment,the scores of daily living ability of the study group was higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Duhuo Jisheng Decoction in the treatment of osteoporosis can improve clinical efficacy and daily living ability,reduce pain burden and improve bone mineral density.
