Clinical observation on the treatment of schizophrenic patients with Roukou Wuwei Pill
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Roukou Wuwei Pill on schizophrenic patients.Methods 78 patients with schizophrenia were included in the study and divided into a control group(39 cases)and an observation group(39 cases)by random numerical table method.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the observation group was treated with Roukou Wuwei Pill on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,occurrence of adverse reactions and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 97.44%,which was higher than 76.92%of the control group,and there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 10.26%(4/39)in the control group and 2.56%(1/39)in the observation group;there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the control group had material life score of(51.41±5.01)points,social function score of(48.31±4.91)points,mental health score of(47.91±4.81)points and physical health score of(48.91±4.42)points,which were all lower than(55.01±5.12),(53.22±5.31),(54.31±5.31)and(54.91±5.41)points of the observation group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Roukou Wuwei Pill in the treatment of schizophrenia patients has good clinical effects,which is conducive to improving the quality of life of patients,and does not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions,so it is worth promoting and using.
