Analysis of clinical effect of severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure and asthma in children
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure and asthma in children. Methods A total of 42 children aged 0.5-5.5 years with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure and 34 children with asthma were included as observation subjects.According to the order of treatment,42 children with severe pneumonia complicated with heart failure were divided into reference group A(treated with basic treatment,21 cases)and experimental group A(treated with dopamine and dobutamine,21 cases),34 children with asthma were divided into reference group B(treated with routine treatment,17 cases)and experimental group B(terbutaline combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation therapy,17 cases)according to the order of treatment. The treatment outcomes for both diseases were compared among the subgroups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group A and reference group A were 95.23%and 71.43%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the total effective rate of experimental group B and reference group B were 94.12%and 64.71%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of heart failure in children with severe pneumonia is mainly drug treatment, and attention should be paid to the treatment of severe pneumonia and heart failure in children,so as to reduce the occurrence of various complications. The combined treatment of terbutaline and budesonide aerosol inhalation can comprehensively improve the overall curative effect and improve the quality of life of children with asthma.
