Effect of intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery
Objective To observe the clinical effect of intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery. Methods 68 patients with uterine fibroid surgery were divided into an observation group and a control group for control study by random number table method, with 34 cases in each group. The control group was given intravenous injection of normal saline combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia, while the observation group was given intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia. Both groups were compared in terms of anesthesia effect(pain after full awakening, agitation during resuscitation, and occurrence of adverse reactions to anesthesia),stress indicators(heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure)before and after anesthesia, surgical indicators(postoperative recovery time of spontaneous respiration, postoperative extubation time, postoperative recovery time, postoperative ambulation time and the length of hospital stay),and satisfaction with anesthesia. Results In the observation group, the pain score after full awakening was(3.2±0.6)points,the agitation score during resuscitation was(1.6±0.5)points,and the incidence of adverse reactions to anesthesia was 2.9%,which were lower than(4.5±0.8)points,(2.0±0.7)points,and 17.6%in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in heart rate and blood pressure between the two groups before anesthesia(P>0.05).After anesthesia, the observation group had heart rate of(83.3±1.7)beats/min,systolic blood pressure of(128.3±1.8)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),and diastolic blood pressure of(95.4±1.5)mm Hg,which were lower than(95.5±1.9)beats/min,(132.8±2.3)mm Hg,and(101.3±1.6)mm Hg in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group, the postoperative recovery time of spontaneous respiration was(13.5±1.5)min,the postoperative extubation time was(3.1±0.8)d,the postoperative recovery time was(10.4±1.4)min,the postoperative ambulation time was(20.6±1.2)h,and the length of hospital stay was(5.8±0.8)d,which were shorter than(17.8±1.8)min,(4.5±1.0)d,(15.6±1.6)min,(24.3±1.6)h,(7.6±1.0)d in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of patients with anesthesia was 97.1%in the observation group, which was higher than 82.4%in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous injection of dexmedetomidine combined with sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery can effectively improve the effect and safety of clinical anesthesia, reduce the occurrence of intraoperative stress reaction, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, and improve the efficiency of postoperative physical recovery.
