Observation of the efficacy of hot spring bathing combined with tacrolimus ointment and desonide cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis and summary of 5E nursing experience
Objective To explore the efficacy of hot spring bathing combined with tacrolimus ointment and desonide cream in the treatment of neurodermatitis and summarize the 5E nursing experience. Methods 128 patients with neurodermatitis were selected and divided into a control group and a comprehensive treatment group, each group with 64 patients. The control group received treatment of desonide cream, and the comprehensive treatment group received hot spring bathing combined with tacrolimus ointment and desonide cream. The therapeutic effect after 4 weeks of treatment, and neurodermatitis symptom score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the comprehensive treatment group(92.19%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The neurodermatitis symptom scores of patients in the control group were(4.45±0.52)and(2.57±1.26)points before and after treatment, and those in the comprehensive treatment group were(4.27±0.85)and(1.09±0.46)points before and after treatment. Before treatment, the comparison of neurodermatitis symptom scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment, the neurodermatitis symptom scores of patients in the comprehensive treatment group were lower compared with those of patients in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Hot spring bathing combined with tacrolimus ointment and desonide cream for the treatment of neurodermatitis has obvious therapeutic effect and good safety, which is conducive to the recovery of the patients and reduces the pain of the patients, and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
