The clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of continuous blood purification in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy patients. Methods 64 diabetic nephropathy patients were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, each consisting of 32 cases. The observation group received continuous blood purification, and the control group received intermittent blood purification. The therapeutic effect, satisfaction and complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group,16 cases were obviously effective,14 cases were effective and 2 cases were ineffective;in the control group,11 cases were obviously effective,12 cases were effective, and 9 cases were ineffective. The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 71.88%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group had 2 cases of hypoglycemia and 1 case of hypotension occurred, with a complication rate of 9.38%;the control group had 5 cases of hypoglycemia,3 cases of hypotension,2 cases of metabolic disorders occurred, with a complication rate of 31.25%.The complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,20 cases were very satisfied,10 cases were basically satisfied and 2 cases were dissatisfied, and the total satisfaction rate was 93.75%;in the control group,14 cases were very satisfied,9 cases were basically satisfied,9 cases were dissatisfied, and the total satisfaction rate was 71.88%.The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with intermittent blood purification therapy, continuous blood purification therapy for diabetic nephropathy is more effective, safer, and can improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of wide clinical application and promotion.
