Evaluation on clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for early endometrial cancer
Objective To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery for early endometrial cancer(EC).Methods 60 patients with early endometrial cancer were selected, all of whom underwent laparoscopic surgery for treatment. The recovery indicators(pelvic and abdominal drainage volume, surgery time, ambulation time, anal exhaust time, and postoperative hospitalization time),postoperative pain score, and incidence of postoperative complications were analyzed, and the quality of life score before and after surgery were compared. Results The pelvic and abdominal drainage volume of the patient was(305.25±21.66)ml,the surgery time was(150.24±15.33)min,the ambulation time was(23.36±1.88)h,the anal exhaust time was(27.26±5.14)h,the postoperative hospitalization time was(7.25±1.25)d,and the postoperative visual analogue scale(VAS)score was(1.36±0.25)points.1 patient developed lower extremity venous thrombosis after surgery, and the complication rate was 1.67%.After surgery, the scores of psychological function, physical function, social function and material life of the patients were(93.21±3.21),(94.10±3.52),(94.25±4.21)and(94.19±4.51)points,which were significantly higher than(62.56±2.91),(60.22±2.10),(63.56±2.01)and(69.25±3.18)points before surgery, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is effective for patients with early endometrial cancer.
