Clinical value of Holter monitor in diagnosis of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia
Objective To analyze the clinical value of Holter in diagnosis of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia. Methods 68 patients with coronary heart disease and arrhythmia were divided into a control group and a dynamic group, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was diagnosed with routine electrocardiogram, and the dynamic group was diagnosed with Holter monitor. The detection rates of arrhythmia was compared between the two groups. Results In the dynamic group, there were 13 cases of atrioventricular block,3 cases of short-lasting paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia,4 cases of paired atrial premature beats,3 cases of premature ventricular beats with early onset,5 cases of premature atrial beats with early offset,3 cases of premature ventricular beats in bigeminy/trigeminy,and 2 cases of premature atrial beats in bigeminy/trigeminy.In the control group, there were 9 cases of atrioventricular block,2 cases of short-lasting paroxysmal ventricular tachycardia,4 cases of paired premature ventricular beats,3 cases of premature ventricular beats with early onset,4 cases of premature atrial beats with early onset,2 cases of premature ventricular beats in bigeminy/trigeminy,and 3 cases of premature atrial beats in bigeminy/trigeminy.The detection rate of arrhythmia in dynamic group was 97.06%(33/34),which was higher than 79.41%(27/34)in control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Arrhythmia is a common complication of coronary heart disease. In the diagnosis of coronary heart disease with arrhythmia, diagnostic measures should be taken as soon as possible.Holter monitor can obtain higher diagnostic accuracy, which has positive significance for the prognosis of patients, and is worthy of wide application in clinical practice.
