Analysis of the effect of Huayu Tongluo decoction for patients with acute cerebrovascular disease
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Huayu Tongluo decoction for patients with acute cerebrovascular disease.Methods 110 patients with acute cerebrovascular disease were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the blind lottery method,each consisting of 55 patients.The control group received routine Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received Huayu Tongluo decoction treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score,hemorheology index,serum factor,clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the observation group was(9.82±5.42)points and NIHSS score was(9.47±4.03)points,which were lower than(13.58±5.14)and(14.62±4.27)points of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,in the observation group,the whole blood high-shear viscosity was(3.95±0.67)mPa·s,the whole blood low-shear viscosity was(4.13±1.03)mPa·s,the hematocrit was(41.82±3.52)%,and the fibrinogen was(2.36±0.19)g/L,which were significantly lower than(5.08±0.52)mPa·s,(5.37±1.36)mPa·s,(48.63±4.07)%,and(3.43±0.24)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)level of(349.86±52.72)ng/L,and serum basic fibroblast growth factor(BFGF)level of(20.94±6.38)pg/ml,which were higher than(279.67±34.57)ng/L and(14.29±3.36)pg/ml in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 98.18%in the observation group was higher than 81.82%in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion The use of Huayu Tongluo decoction for the treatment of acute cerebrovascular disease patients can improve their clinical symptoms,improve the effect of clinical treatment,and have no adverse reactions.
