Objective To explore the clinical effect of Houpo Paiqi mixture combined with mosapride in the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods 160 patients with primary bile reflux gastritis were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride,and the study group was treated with mosapride combined with Houpo Paiqi mixture.The clinical efficacy,efficacy under gastroscope,gastric electric rhythm and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of 96.25%in the study group was higher than 85.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate under gastroscopy in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 78.75%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the postprandial and preprandial main power ratios of the gastric sinus and gastric body in both groups were higher than those before treatment in this group;the postprandial and preprandial power ratios of the gastric sinus and gastric body were(1.31±0.22)and(1.29±0.20)in the study group,which were higher than(1.17±0.16)and(1.18±0.15)in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of mosapride combined with Houpo Paiqi mixture has a very significant effect in the treatment of patients with primary bile reflux gastritis,and is worthy of popularization and application.
