A study of the effects of composite insulation in the operating room combined with mindfulness decompression training on intraoperative hypothermia and negative emotion in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery
Objective To explore the effects of composite insulation in the operating room combined with mindfulness decompression training on intraoperative hypothermia and negative emotion in patients undergoing breast cancer surgery. Methods 60 patients undergoing breast cancer surgery were selected as the research subjects, and they were randomly divided into a control group(30 cases)and an experimental group(30 cases).Patients in the control group received routine visit, and the experimental group received composite insulation combined with mindfulness decompression training. The changes of body temperature and psychological resilience were compared between the two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in body temperatures preoperatively(T1)and during anesthesia(T2)between the two groups(P>0.05).The body temperatures of the experimental group at 0.5 h intraoperatively(T3),1 h intraoperatively(T4),2 h intraoperatively(T5),and postoperatively(T6)were(36.58±0.18),(36.55±0.14),(36.54±0.15),and(36.49±0.13)℃,which were significantly higher than(36.14±0.12),(35.81±0.13),(35.25±0.15),and(34.14±0.12)℃of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the training, the optimism,self-improvement,and resilience scores and the total psychological resilience score of the patients in both groups were elevated;the optimism,self-improvement,resilience scores and total psychological resilience score of the patients in the experimental group were(17.26±3.78),(32.87±4.06),(50.24±5.67),and(100.37±7.64)points,which were higher than(13.56±3.34),(24.69±3.64),(38.97±4.57),and(76.22±8.34)points in the control group;the differences were all statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of composite insulation in the operating room combined with mindfulness decompression training can reduce the occurrence of intraoperative hypothermia and improve the level of psychological resilience, calmly cope with the operation, ease the pressure of patients undergoing breast cancer surgery,so as to improve the tension and anxiety of patients. It has positive effect on hypothermia and negative emotion of patients, and is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
