Ultrasound-assisted extraction technology and antioxidant activity analysis of Bletilla striata polysaccharide
In this study, ultrasonic wave was used as the core process to extract polysaccharides from Bletilla striata.Bletilla striata is chosen as the main material in the experiment, and the processes and parameters in the experiment are also optimized. The experimental conditions is set as follows:0.1 g polyethylene glycol 400 as the surfactant, the extraction time is 80 min,the extraction temperature is 30℃,the ratio of extraction liquid to solid is 30 ml/g,and the ultrasonic power is set as 126 W.This experimental program is based on ultrasonic extraction, and by controlling the parameters of the extraction process,it can efficiently extract polysaccharides from Bletilla striata. The method has good feasibility and has certain application prospects.
