Evaluation on the clinical effect of levamlodipine besylate tablets in the treatment of hypertension
Objective To explore the effect of levamlodipine besylate tablets in clinical treatment of hypertension. Methods 80 patients with hypertension were selected and divided into a control group (n=40) and a study group (n=40) using random numerical table. The control group received valsartan capsule treatment,and the study group received levamlodipine besylate tablet treatment. Both groups were compared in terms of efficacy,blood pressure[systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP)],blood lipid[total cholesterol (TC),triglycerides (TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C)],quality of life scores,and incidence of adverse reactions. Results The total effective rate of 95.00％ in the study group was higher than 77.50％ in the control group,and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). After treatment,the study group had SBP of (112.34±8.55) mm Hg (1 mm Hg=0.133kPa) and DBP of (71.35±4.16) mm Hg,which were lower than (129.63±8.85) and (80.64±4.24) mm Hg in the control group. There was statistical difference (P<0.05). After treatment,in the control group,TC was (5.36±0.98) mmol/L,TG was (2.42±0.25) mmol/L,LDL-C was (4.03±0.86) mmol/L,and HDL-C was (1.22±0.66) mmol/L;in the study group,TC was (4.16±0.86) mmol/L,TG was (2.11±0.16) mmol/L,LDL-C was (2.96±0.65) mmol/L,and HDL-C was (1.83±0.52) mmol/L. TC,TG and LDL-C in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while HDL-C was higher than that in the control group,and there was statistical difference (P<0.05). In the study group,the physical function score was (87.45±4.12) points,the role-physical score was (85.63±4.05) points,the bodily pain score was (87.15±4.25) points,the overall health score was (88.54±4.18) points,and the vitality score was (84.32±4.63) points,the social function score was (85.69±4.09) points,the role-emotional score was (85.74±4.29) points,and the mental health score was (86.85±4.74) points,which were higher than (72.58±3.34),(73.85±3.18),(74.63±3.28),(75.63±3.82),(74.23±4.01),(75.05±3.38),(75.36±4.12),and (75.58±3.88) points in the control group. There was statistical difference (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions of 5.00％ in the study group was significantly lower than 22.50％ in the control group (x2=5.165,P=0.023<0.05). Conclusion Levamlodipine besylate tablets shows significant effect on hypertensive patients,which can reduce the level of blood lipids and blood pressure,control the blood pressure level within the normal range,and improve the quality of life of patients.
