摘要

目的 观察穴位贴敷对气虚血瘀型慢性心力衰竭(心衰)患者心功能的影响.方法 选择气虚血瘀型慢性心衰患者60例,随机分为对照组(n=30)和治疗组(n=30).对照组给予常规西药治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用穴位贴敷治疗.比较两组中医证候积分、生活质量评分、6 min步行距离(6MWD)、心功能指标[N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左室射血分数(LVEF)].结果 治疗后,两组6 min步行距离长于治疗前,中医证候积分、生活质量评分均低于治疗前,且治疗组6 min步行距离(386.47±56.71)m长于对照组的(326.43±57.48)m,中医证候积分(16.87±3.83)分、生活质量评分(26.13±6.51)分均低于对照组的(20.77±2.79)、(32.03±6.41)分(P<0.05).治疗后,两组NT-proBNP、LVEDD均明显低于治疗前,LVEF高于治疗前,且治疗组NT-proBNP(690.53±206.17)pg/ml、LVEDD(46.27±4.12)mm均明显低于对照组的(836.27±220.28)pg/ml、(48.47±3.29)mm,LVEF(54.33±3.24)％ 高于对照组(52.17±2.98)％(P<0.05).结论 穴位贴敷能够减轻气虚血瘀型慢性心衰患者的临床症状,改善患者心功能.

Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of acupoint application on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type. Methods 60 patients with chronic heart failure of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type were selected and randomly divided into a control group (n=30) and a treatment group (n=30). The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,and the treatment group was treated with acupoint application on the basis of the control group. Comparison was made on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,quality of life score,6-min walking distance (6MWD),cardiac function indicators[N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD),left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)]between the two groups. Results After treatment,the 6-min walking distance in both groups was longer than that before treatment,while the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life score were lower than those before treatment;the 6-min walking distance of (386.47±56.71) m in the treatment group was longer than (326.43±57.48) m in the control group;the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and quality of life score were (16.87±3.83) and (32.03±6.41) points in the treatment group,which were lower than (20.77±2.79) and (26.13±6.51) points in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,NT-proBNP and LVEDD in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and LVEF was higher than that before treatment;NT-proBNP and LVEDD were (690.53±206.17) pg/ml and (46.27±4.12) mm in the treatment group,which were significantly lower than (836.27±220.28) pg/ml and (48.47±3.29) mm in the control group;LVEF of (54.33±3.24)％ in the treatment group was higher than (52.17±2.98)％ in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Acupoint application can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic heart failure of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis type and improve their cardiac function.
