Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang and Shoutai Wan in treating low-lying placenta. Methods 80 pregnant women with low-lying placenta were divided into a control group and an intervention group using a lottery method,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional Western medicine,while the intervention group was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang and Shoutai Wan in addition to the treatment of the control group. The treatment effect,vaginal bleeding rate,postpartum bleeding rate and cesarean section rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of 97.50％ in the intervention group was higher than 75.00％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The rate of vaginal bleeding,postpartum bleeding and cesarean section were 0,15.00％ and 12.5％ in the intervention group,which were lower than 15.00％,15.00％ and 12.50％ in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Modified Buzhong Yiqi Tang and Shoutai Wan can effectively improve the clinical effect of patients with low-lying placenta,and reduce the vaginal bleeding rate,postpartum bleeding rate and cesarean section rate.
