Analysis of the practical effect of thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with commercial music on postoperative pain in patients with moderate to severe mixed hemorrhoids
Objective To explore the curative effect of thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with commercial music on postoperative pain in patients with moderate and severe mixed hemorrhoids (damp-heat pouring downward syndrome). Methods A total of 156 patients with mixed hemorrhoids (damp-heat pouring downward syndrome) who were treated with rectal mucosal suspension under epidural anesthesia were selected as the subjects of this study. The subjects were divided into a study group (75 cases) and a control group (81 cases) by random number table method. The control group received routine pain nursing measures after operation, and listen to non-five-element music. On the basis of routine pain nursing, the study group applied thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with commercial music. The pain score at different time points after surgery, injection frequency of diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride injection within 3 d after surgery of the two groups were compared. Results The pain scores at 6,24 and 72 h after surgery in the study group were (0.47±0.70),(2.72±1.31) and (1.08±0.63) points, while those in the control group were (0.56±0.81),(3.17±1.17) and (1.59±1.03) points. At 6 h after surgery, there was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups (P>0.05). The pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 24 and 72 h after surgery (P<0.05). Within 3 d after intervention, the injection frequency of diclofenac sodium lidocaine hydrochloride injection was (0.64±0.46) times in the study group and (0.97±0.54) times in the control group. The injection frequency of diclofenac sodium and lidocaine hydrochloride injection in the study group was less than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion For the prevention and treatment of postoperative pain in patients with moderate to severe mixed hemorrhoids (damp-heat pouring downward syndrome),thumb-tack needle for subcutaneous embedding combined with commercial music can be used to intervene, which has certain positive effects and is worthy of clinical recommendation.
