The effect analysis of amisulpride combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia
Objective To explore the effect of amisulpride combined with aripiprazole in the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 62 female patients with schizophrenia were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the double-blind principle, each with 31 cases. Both groups were treated with amisulpride, and the observation group was also treated with aripiprazole. The levels of serum prolactin, soluble protein-100β(S100β),neurotrophin-3(NT-3),interleukin-6(IL-6),cognitive function and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results the serum prolactin of(123.08±28.35)ng/ml in the observation group was lower than(127.10±33.04)ng/ml in the control group, but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The cognitive function score of(28.48±7.66)points in the observation group was significantly higher than(24.22±7.67)points in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).The overall effective rate of 96.77%in the observation group was higher than 67.74%in the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group had S100β of(104.72±19.31)μg/L and IL-6 of(4.13±0.88)ng/L,which were lower than(137.53±21.81)μg/L and(5.09±1.14)ng/L in the control group;NT-3 of(123.72±8.61)ng/L in the observation group was higher than(105.40±9.03)ng/L in the control group;the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Low-dose aripiprazole and amisulpride treatment for female schizophrenia patients will not reduce serum prolactin levels, but low-dose aripiprazole can improve cognitive function and can be clinically promoted.
