Effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan method on lung-spleen deficiency syndrome in the recovery period of children with pneumonia
Objective To explore the effect of Yiqi Jianpi Huatan method on lung-spleen deficiency syndrome in the recovery period of children with pneumonia.Methods 78 children with lung-spleen deficiency syndrome in the recovery period of pneumonia were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Huatan method.The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,inflammatory factors and cellular immune indexes of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of 94.87%in the observation group was significantly higher than 74.36%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of shortness of breath and lazy speech,cough,spontaneous sweating,poor appetite and pale expression were(0.86±0.14),(0.90±0.15),(0.82±0.13),(0.92±0.16)and(0.94±0.15)points in the observation group,which were lower than(1.47±0.20),(1.51±0.23),(1.49±0.24),(1.45±0.21)and(1.56±0.23)points in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-4(IL-4),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were(2.69±0.82)mg/L,(30.69±5.87)ng/ml,(7.04±1.69)ng/L and(21.65±4.42)μg/L in the observation group,which were lower than(4.31±1.04)mg/L,(38.43±6.64)ng/ml,(11.82±2.09)ng/L and(27.38±5.10)μg/L in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had immunoglobulin(Ig)M of(1.78±0.21)g/L,IgG of(12.24±1.31)g/L and IgA of(1.57±0.23)g/L,which were higher than(1.23±0.17),(9.89±1.16)and(1.18±0.19)g/L in the control group;IgE of(302.54±60.73)g/L in the observation group was lower than(381.84±72.46)g/L in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Yiqi Jianpi Huatan method has a remarkable effect on the treatment of lung-spleen deficiency syndrome in the recovery period of children with pneumonia,which can effectively anti-inflammation,regulate immunity,and promote symptom relief and rehabilitation.
