Study on the effect of modified decoction of six ingredients in treating spleen-lung qi deficiency type cough
Objective To study and analyze the effect of modified decoction of six ingredients in treating spleen-lung qi deficiency type cough. Methods According to the numerical randomization method,100 patients with spleen-lung qi deficiency type cough were divided into a control group and an observation group, each consisting of 50 patients. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, and the observation group was given modified decoction of six ingredients based on the control group. The traditiaonal Chinese medicine syndrome score, therapeutic effect and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results In the observation group, the fatigue score was(0.61±0.19)points,the vomiting score was(0.65±0.22)points,the sore throat score was(0.59±0.18)points,and the cough score was(0.52±0.14)points,which were lower than(0.98±0.24),(0.99±0.32),(0.96±0.23),and(0.92±0.33)points in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of 98.00%in the observation group was significantly higher than 80.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of 6.00%in the observation group was slightly lower than 12.00%in the control group, but there was no difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion By applying modified decoction of six ingredients in patients with spleen-lung qi deficiency type cough,it can not only relieve the symptoms of patients, improve the treatment effect, but also has a better safety, which is worth promoting.
