The clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of acute pancreatitis with colon hydrotherapy machine
Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema in the treatment of acute pancreatitis with colon hydrotherapy machine.Methods 83 patients with acute pancreatitis were grouped into the control group(conventional treatment,46 cases)and the experimental group(traditional Chinese medicine enema with colon hydrotherapy machine,37 cases)according to different treatment methods.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the experimental group was given traditional Chinese medicine enema with colon hydrotherapy machine.The hospitalization time,intestinal function recovery time and blood amylase level after 3 d of treatment were recorded and compared between the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the hospitalization time was(5.73±1.33)d,the intestinal function recovery time was(4.73±1.33)d,which were shorter than(6.84±1.36)and(5.84±1.36)d in the control group;the blood amylase was(230.59±82.39)U/L after 3 d of treatment,which was lower than(330.59±83.85)U/L in the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine enema with colon hydrotherapy machine in patients with acute pancreatitis can accelerate the recovery of patients,reduce the pain of patients,shorten the length of hospitalization,and can be used as an auxiliary therapy for clinical treatment of pancreatitis.
