摘要
膝骨关节炎是一种常见的退行性关节病变,其主要病理特征为软骨损伤、关节炎和关节功能障碍.随着人均寿命的延长和生活方式的改变,膝骨关节炎的患病率逐年增加,对患者的生活质量和健康状况产生了严重影响.近年来,膏摩作为一种传统的中医治疗方法,被广泛应用于膝骨关节炎的治疗.膏摩治疗通过将膏药或草药制剂涂抹于患者的膝关节,然后通过按摩和搓揉的方式促进药物的渗透和吸收,以达到缓解疼痛、改善关节功能和提高生活质量的目的.相较于传统的药物治疗,膏摩具有直接作用于病变部位、无毒副作用和操作简便等优点.本文旨在总结膏摩治疗膝骨关节炎的研究进展,包括机制研究、临床试验以及安全性评价,为膏摩治疗在膝骨关节炎的应用提供有益的指导,推动其在临床实践中的有效性和安全性的提升.
Abstract
Knee osteoarthritis is a common degenerative joint disease.Its main pathological features include cartilage injury,arthritis and joint dysfunction.With the extension of life expectancy and the change of life style,the prevalence of knee osteoarthritis is increasing year by year,which has a serious impact on the quality of life and health status of patients.In recent years,paste massage,as a traditional Chinese medicine treatment method,has been widely used in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Paste massage involves applying poultices or herbal preparations to the patient's knee joint and then promoting the penetration and absorption of the drug through massage and kneading to relieve pain,improve joint function and improve quality of life.Compared with traditional drug therapy,paste massage has the advantages of direct action on the lesion site,no toxic side effects and simple operation.This paper aims to summarize the research progress of paste massage in knee osteoarthritis,including mechanism studies,clinical trials and safety evaluation,in order to provide beneficial guidance for the application of paste massage in knee osteoarthritis and promote its effectiveness and safety in clinical practice.
