目的 研究在儿童肺炎支原体肺炎治疗中应用乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合阿奇霉素的效果.方法 60例儿童肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,通过编号不同分为对照组和研究组,每组30例.对照组患儿给予阿奇霉素干混悬剂口服治疗,研究组患儿给予阿奇霉素+乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒联合治疗.比较两组患儿临床指标、炎性因子、肺功能指标、治疗效果.结果 研究组患儿住院时间(8.12±2.15)d、咳嗽消失时间(12.28±2.25)d、退热时间(3.62±1.23)d、气促消失时间(3.08±1.15)d、喉中痰鸣消失时间(12.26±1.34)d均短于对照组的(9.42±2.12)、(13.76±2.33)、(4.53±1.05)、(4.19±1.75)、(13.48±1.26)d,差异显著(P<0.05).研究组患儿肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)(3.21±0.66)ng/ml、降钙素原(PCT)(0.45±0.02)ng/ml、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)(10.11±2.14)ng/L均低于对照组的(4.56±0.74)ng/ml、(0.53±0.03)ng/ml、(13.62±2.23)ng/L,差异显著(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组患儿呼气峰值流速(PEF)(68.79±4.49)L/min、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)/用力肺活量(FVC)(71.38±5.23)%、FVC(2.58±0.33)L高于对照组的(66.21±4.55)L/min、(64.33±5.25)%、(2.14±0.25)L,差异显著(P<0.05).研究组治疗总有效率96.67% 高于对照组的80.00%,差异显著(P<0.05).结论 乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒+阿奇霉素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的效果显著,可以有效抑制炎性因子,改善患儿肺功能,缩短症状消失时间以及住院时间,推广价值高.
Clinical effect analysis of acetylcysteine granules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children
Objective To study the effect of acetylcysteine granules combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children. Methods 60 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia were divided into a control group and a study group by different numbers,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given oral azithromycin for suspension,and the study group was given azithromycin+acetylcysteine granules combined treatment. The clinical indicators,inflammatory factors,lung function indicators and treatment effect were compared between the two groups. Results In the study group,the duration of hospitalization was (8.12±2.15) d,the disappearance time of cough was (12.28±2.25) d,the time of fever reduction was (3.62±1.23) d,the disappearance time of shortness of breath was (3.08±1.15) d,and the disappearance of sputum sound was (12.26±1.34) d,which were shorter than (9.42±2.12),(13.76±2.33),(4.53±1.05),(4.19±1.75),and (13.48±1.26) d in the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05). In the study group,the tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) was (3.21±0.66) ng/ml,the procalcitonin (PCT) was (0.45±0.02) ng/ml,and the interleukin-6 (IL-6) was (10.11±2.14) ng/L,which were lower than (4.56±0.74) ng/ml,(0.53±0.03) ng/ml and (13.62±2.23) ng/L in the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the peak expiratory flow (PEF) of the study group was (68.79±4.49) L/min,the forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1)/forced vital capacity (FVC) was (71.38±5.23)%,and FVC was (2.58±0.33) L,which were higher than (66.21±4.55) L/min,(64.33±5.25)%,and (2.14±0.25) L of the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The overall effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 80.00% of the control group,and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of acetylcysteine granule plus azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children is significant,which can effectively inhibit inflammatory factors,improve lung function,shorten the time of symptom disappearance and duration of hospitalization,and has high promotion value.
