Analysis of the diagnostic value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Methods 100 patients with lung diseases were selected as the research subjects, and CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy was performed on all enrolled patients. Surgical pathology was used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic accuracy of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy. Results The surgical pathology showed that there were 30 cases of adenocarcinoma,25 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,25 cases of large and small cell carcinoma,15 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma,8 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma and 20 cases of benign disease. CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy showed 29 cases of adenocarcinoma,25 cases of squamous cell carcinoma,15 cases of large and small cell carcinoma,8 cases of adenosquamous carcinoma,2 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma and 19 cases of benign disease. With surgical pathology as the gold standard, the diagnostic accuracy of CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy for adenocarcinoma, squamous cell carcinoma, large and small cell carcinoma, adenosquamous carcinoma, adenoid cystic carcinoma and benign disease were 96.67% (29/30),100.00% (25/25),100.00% (15/15),100.00% (8/8) and 100.0 (2/2),95.00% (19/20),and the total diagnostic accuracy was 98.00% (98/100). Conclusion CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy is of high value, and it can improve the treatment and prognosis outcome, which has positive significance for the implementation of subsequent targeted treatment programs, and has high promotion value.
