Study on the effect of modified Jianpi Xiezhuo Jiedu Recipe in treating diabetes nephropathy

目的 分析糖尿病肾病采取健脾泄浊解毒加减方治疗的临床效果.方法 选取100例糖尿病肾病患者,以随机抽签法分为对照组(n=50,采取常规治疗)和观察组(n=50,在对照组基础上采取健脾泄浊解毒加减方治疗).比较两组临床疗效、中医证候积分、实验室指标[24 h尿蛋白定量(24 h UPQ)、血肌酐(Scr)和尿素氮(BUN)].结果 观察组的治疗总有效率92.00％ 高于对照组的70.00％(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组浮肿积分(1.55±0.55)分、腰膝酸软积分(1.85±0.60)分、倦怠乏力积分(1.93±0.71)分均低于对照组的(2.82±0.67)、(2.51±0.72)、(2.49±0.85)分(P<0.05).治疗后,两组24 h UPQ、Scr、BUN水平均较治疗前下降,且观察组24 h UPQ(1.02±0.62)g/24 h、Scr(83.65±10.35)μmol/L、BUN(9.52±3.62)mmol/L均低于对照组的(2.10±0.86)g/24 h、(92.78±11.05)μmol/L、(11.48±3.17)mmol/L(P<0.05).结论 糖尿病肾病采取健脾泄浊解毒加减方治疗有着确切效果,能够减轻中医症状,促进肾功能改善.
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of modified Jianpi Xiezhuo Jiedu Recipe in treating diabetes nephropathy. Methods 100 patients with diabetes nephropathy were divided into the control group (n=50,treated with conventional therapy) and the observation group (n=50,treated with modified Jianpi Xiezhuo Jiedu Recipe based on the control group) according to random lottery method. The clinical efficacy,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and laboratory indicators[24 h urinary protein quantification (24 h UPQ),serum creatinine (Scr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN)]of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of 92.00％ in observation group was higher than 70.00％ in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,the observation group had edema score of (1.55±0.55) points,lumbar debility score of (1.85±0.60) points,and fatigue score of (1.93±0.71) points,which were lower than (2.82±0.67),(2.51±0.72),and (2.49±0.85) points in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment,24 h UPQ,Scr and BUN levels in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment;the observation group had 24 h UPQ of (1.02±0.62) g/24 h,Scr of (83.65±10.35) μmol/L and BUN of (9.52±3.62) mmol/L,which were lower than (2.10±0.86) g/24 h,(92.78±11.05) μmol/L and (11.48±3.17) mmol/L in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The treatment of diabetes nephropathy with modified Jianpi Xiezhuo Jiedu Recipe has a definite effect,which can alleviate the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and promote the improvement of renal function.
