Research on preparation methods of sinoaortic nerve and its effect in rats
Objective To Provide a new experimental method research for cardiovascular regulation mechanism in the model of Sinoaortic reflection in SD rats. Methods By cutting the sinus nerves and aortic nerve to establish sinoaortic reflection model. Using phenylephrine(PE) and sodium nitroprusside(SNP) to investigate the dynamic changes of heart rate(HR) and blood pressure(BP) in SD rats and to monitor and analysis the sensitivity, of baroreflex. Results Compared with normal group and Sham group, the change of BP using PE and SNP in the Sinoaortic denervation(SAD) group. There was no significant difference in the three groups (P>0. 05). But the HR does not cause corresponding changes. There was significant difference in the three groups(P<0. 05). Conclusion the destroy of sinus nerve and aortic nerve can cause a reduction in baroreflex sensitivity in SD rats, the model can be used in the research of cardiovascular system.
