电针五脏俞配合益髓通经方对 EAN 家兔神经电生理功能的影响

摘要
目的：观察电针五脏俞配合益髓通经方对实验性自身免疫性神经炎（EAN）家兔治疗前后坐骨神经运动传导速度及 F 波异常出现率的影响。方法将64只家兔随机分为空白组、模型组、免疫球蛋白组和针药结合组，每组16只。除空白组外，其余各组家兔均建成 EAN 动物模型，利用肌电诱发电位仪观察各组家兔坐骨神经传导速度及 F波出现率。结果经治疗后，针药结合组 EAN 家兔坐骨神经传导速度明显增加，与模型组比较具有极显著性差异（P＜0．01）；该组家兔 F 波异常率明显减少，与模型组对比具有极显著性差异（P ＜0．01）。结论电针五脏俞配合益髓通经方能有效恢复 EAN 家兔运动神经的传导速度，改善其神经传导阻滞的现象。
Abstract
Objective To observe the influence of electric acupuncture at Shu-points of the five Zang-organ with Yisuitongjing formula on experimental autoimmune neuritis (EAN)rabbit,which sciatic nerve conduction velocity and the influence of the rate of F wave anomaly before and after treatment.Methods 64 rabbits were randomly divided into blank group,model group,immunoglobulin group and acupuncture with medicine group,each group of 16.Except the blank group,the rest of the group were build on rabbit animal model of EAN,used electromyography potentiometer ob-served every group’s rabbit sciatic nerve conduction velocity and rate of F wave appears.Results After treatment,acu-puncture with medicine group EAN rabbit sciatic nerve conduction velocity increased significantly,compared with model control group with very significant difference (P <0.01);This group rabbits F wave abnormal rate decreased signifi-cantly,compared with model control group with very significant difference (P <0.01).Conclusion Electric acupunc-ture at the shu-points of the five-organs with Yisuitongjing formula can increase the EAN rabbit motor nerve conduc-tion velocity,improve its nerve conduction block.
