Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound elastography combined with Ki67in the diagnosis of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 65 patients who were finally diag-nosed with TNBC in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2021.The other 85 patients with other types of breast cancer hospitalized in our hospital in the same period were selected as the non TNBC group.The two groups of patients were evaluated by ultrasound elastography before operation,and the expression of Ki67 was detected by immunohisto-chemistry.To observe the correlation between ultrasound elasticity score,Ki67 and TNBC clinical features and the diag-nostic value of combined application.Results The proportion of patients with clear borders,regular morphology and axillary lymph node metastasis was higher,while the proportion of patients with microcalcifications was lower in the TNBC group than those in the non-TNBC group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Multi-factor logis-tic regression analysis showed that axillary lymph node metastasis,ultrasound elasticity score and Ki67 expression in-tensity were independent risk factors for the development of TNBC(OR>1.0 and P<0.05),and ROC analysis showed that ultrasound elasticity score and Ki67 expression intensity had higher diagnostic value for TNBC(AUC=0.686,0.703,P<0.05),and the best sensitivity and specificity of the combination of both were were 0.776 and 0.705,respec-tively.Conclusion ultrasound elastography score combined with Ki67 can accurately diagnose TNBC and can be used as an important reference index to evaluate the occurrence and development of triple negative breast cancer.
