Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of e-carboxymethyl lysine(CML),soluble advanced glyca-tion end product receptor(sRAGE)and endogenous soluble advanced glycation end product receptor(esRAGE)in coro-nary artery disease atherosclerosis.Methods From June 2020 to December 2022,100 patients with coronary heart dis-ease were selected as the observation group in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Peple's Hospital.At the same time,100 normal people who were physically examined in our hospital were selected as the control group.The levels of ε-car-boxymethyllysine(CML),soluble advanced glycosylation end-product receptor(sRAGE)and endogenous secreted ad-vanced glycosylation end-product receptor(esRAGE)were compared between the two groups.The subject operator characteristics(ROC)curve was used to evaluate CML,sRAGE,Diagnostic level of esRAGE,combined with detection of severe atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease.Results Compared with the control group,the serum CML and sRAGE levels in the observation group increased significantly,while the esRAGE levels showed a downward trend.Ser-um CML,sRAGE and esRAGE can accurately diagnose severe atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease,and the com-bined detection sensitivity(90.91%),specificity(68.66%),accuracy(76.00%),positive predictive value(58.82%),nega-tive predictive value(93.88%),and area under the ROC curve(AUC)(0.922)are high.Conclusion CML,sRAGE,and es-RAGE are related to atherosclerosis in coronary heart disease,which is conducive to clinical diagnosis and treatment.
