Objective To analyze the value of silenced microRNA25(rorna25)and Carbohydrate antigen199(CA199)combined with Computer Tomography(CT)in the diagnosis and prognosis of pancreatic cancer.Methods A total of 215 suspected pancreatic cancer patients admitted to Guang'anmen Hospital,China Academy of Chinese Medi-cal Sciences from June 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.CT examination was performed on the pa-tients.110 patients diagnosed with pancreatic cancer were included in the observation group,and the remaining 105 non-pancreatic cancer patients were included in the control group.Results Compared with the control group,CT parameters blood flow(BF),Blood bleeding volume(BV)and Blood flow volume(PBV)in observation group decreased,while time to peak(TTP)increased.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with grade Ⅰ patients,CT pa-rameters BF,BV and PBV decreased and TTP increased in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲ patients,the difference was statistically sig-nificant(P<0.05).Compared with grade Ⅱ patients,CT parameters BF,BV and PBV decreased and TTP increased in grade Ⅲ patients,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,microRNA25 and CA199 expressions in the observation group were increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with grade Ⅰ patients,microRNA25 and CA199 expression levels were increased in grade Ⅱ and Ⅲpatients,and the expression levels of microRNA25 and CA199 were the highest in grade Ⅲ patients(P<0.05).Com-pared with the patients with good prognosis,the levels of microRNA25 and CA199,TTP and BF,BV and PBV were in-creased in the patients with poor prognosis(P<0.05).Conclusion CT parameters have a strong reference value in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer,and have a certain correlation with microRNA25 and CA199,which can be used for the corresponding treatment of pancreatic cancer patients with different stages.
